What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, such as a second opinion request, a robotic knee assessment, a contact form, or a decision tool summary, we collect the details you enter. That can include your name, mobile number, email if you provide it, age, city, and the clinical details you choose to share, such as your diagnosis, area of concern, and whether you have imaging. If you send scans or reports to us over WhatsApp, we receive those as well.

We also collect basic usage data automatically when you browse, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, through the analytics tools described below.

The decision tools keep your health inputs on your device

The decision aids on this site, such as the knee replacement, hip replacement and ACL tools, process the health information you enter entirely within your own browser. Those answers are never sent to us or to any server. Only if you choose to request a summary and enter your contact details are those contact details sent onward. Your clinical answers stay on your device.

Who processes your data, and the tools we use

• Formspree handles form submissions. When you submit a form, your details are transmitted to and stored by Formspree so that they reach us.
• Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used, in aggregate.
• Microsoft Clarity records browsing sessions, which can include your mouse movements, scrolling and clicks played back as a session recording, to help us understand how people use the site.
• WhatsApp and AiSensy are used to message you after a consultation, for example appointment and recovery reminders, if you have engaged with the practice.

These providers process data on our behalf for the purposes stated. We do not sell your data.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide a second opinion or assessment, to follow up after a consultation, and to improve the website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and consultation data for 24 months, after which it is deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer by law or you ask us to remove it sooner.

Cookies and tracking

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to measure usage and record sessions as described. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may work less well if you do.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, to ask us to erase it, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, or to raise a concern, contact our Grievance Officer below.
