Questions that come up most often before a first appointment.
Bring all previous X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and reports, on a CD, USB, or printed if you have them. Also bring any discharge summaries, operation notes from previous surgeries, and a list of current medications. If you have imaging on a CD, bring the disc rather than just printed films, digital images are more useful for planning. If you do not have any reports yet, come anyway, we can arrange appropriate investigations from the clinic.
No referral is required for a direct patient consultation. You are welcome to book an appointment directly by calling, WhatsApp, or via this form. If you are a doctor referring a patient, a brief clinical note via WhatsApp is sufficient, there is no formal referral form.
